		<description>I agree... Time in the industry has shown me that &#039;proper&#039; development is subject to budgets and timelines... Even in architecture we see the outsourcing of drawings and quality decline but there is the overall &#039;sign-off&#039; from the architect that ensures that the plans are sound. Perhaps a less maverick way of programming, developing and planning across the board would help... (Though, in the heart of every programmer is a bit of a rebel I think.) Definitely something to think about. Especially on the grander scale of what it would mean as our lives become more and more dependent on software...I would says &#039;technology&#039; but at the core is so much software.</description>
