Light Year Software, LLC is a software development and consulting company founded in August, 2006 in Columbus, OH by Silicon Valley veterans Steve and Julie Madsen. Between the two of us, we've worked for companies such as eBay, PayPal, Netflix, Sun Microsystems and a number of early-stage startups.
We don't think it requires VC money and a staff of hundreds to create great software. Not every idea in the dot-com bomb was a bad one; the problem was not every one was big enough to generate millions in revenue and a ticker symbol.
